Be Interactive

Teacher, reach your students. Communicate with them. Try to understand them. Make yourself approachable. Win their trust.

Teacher, in a class of 40 students, when you evaluate each student in the class, always be aware that 40 individuals are evaluating you. Even the student that perpetually fails your test, can answer accurately and score with flying colours if the question concerning the characteristics of a good teacher is ever being asked.

Teacher, you need to accept the fact that not all students are smart and obedient. If they are all smart and obedient, then the school may not need so many teachers because each class may consist of 100 students. We may not need discipline teachers, prefects masters, student affair vice principal, and so on. If every student is so intelligent, they may not even need to come to school. The school may have to close down and everybody from the principal downward will be jobless. With that in mind, let us rejoice by the fact that not all students are smart and obedient.

Lastly, teacher, do not be like a statue.

I completely agree.A teacher's image, the way he or she teaches and their ability to perform will be observed by the students. So,teachers must always make sure that they are careful when dealing with students.
